Confidential and Proprietary Use Agreement

• I acknowledge and understand that the information in the Career Framework portal is CONFIDENTIAL and PROPRIETARY INFORMATION of M.C. Dean ("the Company") and may be considered to be trade secrets of the Company. As such, I will treat this information as confidential in accordance with Company policy and my confidentiality agreement obligations and I agree that I will not copy, download, or share the information with anyone outside of M.C. Dean.


• I am aware that there may be disciplinary action or other consequences for any unauthorized disclosures or violations of these obligations. If I become aware of any unauthorized disclosures or violations of these obligations by myself or other employees, I will report them immediately to my supervisor, to HR, or to our Ethics program.
